These terms govern your access to lablclothing.com and every purchase made from LABL Clothing. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

ABOUT THESE TERMS
“LABL”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LABL Clothing, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. “You” means the customer or website visitor. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, including consumer-protection and ecommerce laws. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, finishes, measurements and details accurately. Screen settings and handcrafted washes can create small variations. All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. We may correct genuine pricing, description or inventory errors before dispatch; if an affected paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
PRICING, PAYMENT AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and the final amount is shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using the methods available in its checkout. LABL does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified by our server.
ORDERS
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. After ordering, retain your LABL order number and use the order tracker. We may contact you when information is incomplete or delivery cannot be completed. We may refuse or cancel suspected fraudulent, unlawful, resale or materially erroneous orders and will address any captured payment under our refund policy.
DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Our Shipping and Exchange Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Statutory remedies remain available where goods are defective, incorrect, materially different from their description or delivered late outside a force-majeure event.
ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website design, LABL branding, product names, original artwork, photography and written content belong to LABL Clothing or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, disrupt or misuse the site or its content without written permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, LABL is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from website use. We remain responsible where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights. External services such as Razorpay and logistics providers operate under their own terms.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date. Terms applying when an order was placed continue to govern that order. Questions or complaints can be sent through our Contact Us page.
